Treatment options

Compare options to discuss with a clinician.

Planned option

Rapamycin (sirolimus)

Longevity benefits in humans are not established. Off-label aging use carries risks.

Benefits & considerations

Wanting to stay active and independent with age is a meaningful goal. Rapamycin is being studied in aging research, but benefits for human longevity or body composition are not established. It has FDA-approved medical uses; healthy-aging use is off-label and carries risks requiring careful clinical review.

Planned option

NAD+

Treatment benefits for energy or slowing aging are not established.

Benefits & considerations

When low energy gets in the way of everyday life, understanding the cause comes first. NAD+ has a role in cellular energy processes, but that does not establish that NAD+ treatment improves energy or slows aging. This planned option is not currently available through Mednaro; formulation, route and safety require review.

Planned option

Sermorelin

Healthy-aging benefits are not established. Separate clinical and regulatory review is required.

Benefits & considerations

Changes in strength or recovery can raise questions about hormones, but they do not diagnose a deficiency. Sermorelin stimulates growth-hormone release; meaningful benefits for healthy aging are not established. This planned option requires separate clinical, regulatory, formulation and monitoring review. No healthy-aging outcome is promised.

Planned option

Glutathione

Treatment benefits for energy, detoxification or healthy aging are not established.

Benefits & considerations

Feeling run down deserves a clear explanation and an appropriate care plan. Glutathione is an antioxidant made by the body, but that does not establish benefits from glutathione treatment for energy, detoxification or healthy aging. This planned option requires review of formulation, route and safety; those benefits are not promised.

Before you decide

Eligibility & safety

Understand eligibility, limits and safety before considering treatment.

What is the focus of healthy aging care?

The planned focus is practical health and function: body composition, muscle health, metabolic health, nutrition and strength. It is not a promise of age reversal or a way to infer a hormone deficiency from how you look or feel.

What can an evaluation consider?

An evaluation can consider your health history, goals, medicines and relevant findings. Testing may be considered when clinically appropriate. A laboratory number does not automatically justify treatment, and Mednaro has not confirmed a standard biomarker package or monitoring schedule.

How do nutrition and weight care relate?

Nutrition, medical weight management and maintenance may be relevant to body-composition goals. These are related areas to discuss, not an automatic bundle of prescriptions. Optional dietitian and meal services remain subject to availability and separate pricing confirmation.

Where do advanced options fit?

Advanced options are secondary to evaluation and everyday health priorities. Planned options include rapamycin (sirolimus), NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione. These treatments are not currently available through Mednaro. Clinical suitability, exact products, prescribing arrangements and state availability must be confirmed before enrollment opens.

Is rapamycin approved for healthy aging?

No. Rapamycin is FDA-approved for certain medical uses; use for healthy aging is off-label. Its benefits for longevity or body composition are not established. The approval status of rapamycin does not apply to NAD+, sermorelin or glutathione.

What should I know before considering rapamycin?

Rapamycin, also called sirolimus, is available in FDA-approved prescription products for conditions including kidney-transplant rejection prevention and lymphangioleiomyomatosis. It is an immunosuppressant with significant risks, including serious infections. Individual evaluation, interaction review and appropriate monitoring are required. Compounded sirolimus is not an FDA-approved finished product.

Frequently asked questions

Contact support

Can I start care now?

No. Clinical enrollment is not yet open. You can explore this information and contact general support with administrative questions. Do not send medical history, medications or sensitive personal details by ordinary email.

What does care cost, and what is included?

Pricing will be shown before enrollment opens. What is included, any separate costs, insurance acceptance and cancellation terms will be explained before you choose care.

Where will this service be available?

Services and treatment availability vary by state and clinical eligibility. Availability will be confirmed before enrollment opens.

How will prescriptions and follow-up work?

Mednaro provides the technology experience and nonclinical support. Medical decisions are made by appropriately licensed clinicians through independent clinical groups. When prescribed, medication is dispensed by licensed third-party pharmacies. Fulfillment and follow-up arrangements will be confirmed before enrollment opens.

What if treatment is not appropriate?

A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. A clinician may recommend further evaluation or another next step. Any payment and refund terms will be explained before a paid evaluation becomes available.
